Operations & Maintenance Sales & Service Manager

As a member of the Operations & Maintenance Partner Programs Centre of Competence, you will become a trusted expert and valued specialist in our global organisation. Expect international travel as required to support business operations, customer projects, and development activities. Depending on business needs, travel may amount to up to 60 days per year. The office in Aarhus is an international Centre of Competence supporting 29 Beumer Group Companies around the world and carrying strategic responsibility for global service contracts. The role involves working with colleagues in 29 Group Companies, mostly internally, with occasional work with customers via online or physical meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

Analysing customer requirements in tender documents from a commercial, operational and organizational perspective to establish the right O&M service solutions; Identifying, analysing and mitigating risks of new opportunities and existing contracts; Close cooperation with project teams, sales teams and all departments within the organization; Monitoring existing contracts to verify they are performing well and adhering to global O&M processes and company strategy; Acting as single point of contact for all O&M contracts and Group Companies, facilitating work in all O&M contracts and promoting know-how sharing and best practice across O&M sites globally; Overall planning of the implementation of new service contracts, including resources, time and commercial aspects, and coordination with the customer and Group Companies; Custodianship of global O&M processes and tools, constantly reviewing and enforcing them; Following up on the implementation and continuous optimisation of service concepts; Supporting Operation & Maintenance solutions for regions by driving quotations and price calculations and defining winning strategies; Supporting a pool of over 100 existing O&M contracts worldwide

Requirements

A commercial background in Operation & Maintenance from a relevant technical industry, or a technical background in intralogistics, material handling or baggage handling solutions; A passion for working internationally; A great communicator, fluent in English (spoken and written), who can talk and challenge people at all levels of the organisation; Excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel
