Operations Senior Manager (12 Month FTC)

We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Global Operations Senior Manager. This is a contract position based in London. This role plays a crucial part in supporting OpenDoor’s business needs, focused on deploying Wrike as the workflow solution across the full end-to-end media process. The Global Operations Senior Manager Business Analyst works as part of the global operations team, and reports to the Global Operations Lead.

Responsibilities

Working with the Business Analyst, deliver our end-to-end process onto Wrike as the workflow tool of choice, covering all markets, teams, functions, and lines of business under the OpenDoor organisation; Partner with WPP stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet OpenDoor needs; Work closely with Wrike product owners to deliver customization and changes to the system design & architecture; Work in partnership with WPP to deliver integration with WPP’s Open platform, to OpenDoor requirements; Design automations and enhancements that will make the end-to-end process more efficient; Write and deliver training documentation to scale across the business, specific to OpenDoor, collaborating with Talent and People teams to embed this into the onboarding process; Establish ongoing governance mechanisms for process and technology use, collaborating with global leadership to embed accountability and transparency

Requirements

Expert knowledge of the Wrike platform, including customization and integrations; Significant experience within the media industry; Change management experience, proven in driving behaviour change; Strong stakeholder management skills working well with others throughout the organisation at all levels; Comfortable handling complexity – both in the work itself and the stakeholder map; Right to work in the UK
