Bosch Home Solutions is seeking an Operator. The role is responsible for operating production equipment, performing testing, and assembly operations to ensure quality production per company standards.

Responsibilities

Experience reading & accurately interpreting sketches, and other information / instructions is required; Assemble assigned products as instructed by work instructions, assemble in a safe manner ensuring quality standards are met; Assembly could include using tools, fixtures, and machines (drilling, screwing, and bolting operations), operating presses and punches out parts, working with coper tubes and/or coil fins; May assist in training new operators; Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specifications; Maintain a clean and organized workstation including cleaning around work area and/or department at end of shift; Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency; Follows all safety policies and procedures, consistently utilizes all required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing facility preferred; Ability to read assembly or other instructions, as well as safety and quality requirements; Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
