Operator (Overnight shift)

As an Operator, you’ll help make the world-class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry-level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key. No matter the task, your work helps make sure every item that leaves the line is something we’re proud of.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment; Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery; Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance; Accurately measure and scale ingredients; Complete quality checks and record data; Keep work area clean; Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines; Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must have basic proficiency of English language; 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work; Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift; Comfortable using computers or tablets; Able to read, write, and understand English; Basic math and mechanical understanding; Strong attention to detail; Team-oriented and dependable; Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

Nice to have

High school diploma or GED preferred; Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
