Ops Intern Training and Data

Production Assistant must comply with the various rules and regulations and the HSE guidelines in Lilly Suzhou site. The position should be strict in following related HR policy and GMP standards, input datum for operation. Responsible for production training management and ensure all employees in PD finish the training on schedule according to training plan. Participate in improvement projects execution to compliance with Quality, HSE and efficiency in production operations.

Responsibilities

Follow the rules, regulations and HSE guidelines of the Lilly Suzhou site; Strictly follow HR policies and GMP standards and input production data; Manage production department training and ensure all employees complete training on schedule per the training plan; Track and coordinate production quality, health, safety and environmental matters; Participate in production improvement project execution; Ensure strict compliance with established policies and procedures (safety, operations procedures, sanitization, gowning, etc.); Supervise and participate in production operations to keep compliance with Quality and HSE requirements; Complete production document management, timely document recycling, and assist with registration and filing of production documents; Act as department training coordinator, support new employees through induction processes, and arrange training for staff as needed

Requirements

Understand GMP sense, comply with work regulations and keep them effective; Be able to master SOP/WI relevant to work and complete corresponding training; Comply with the various rules and regulations and HSE guidelines of the Lilly Suzhou site
