Responsibilities

Review prescriptions and work closely with patients to choose the ideal eyewear for both medical needs and aesthetic preferences; Provide honest and thoughtful guidance on frame choices, ensuring patients leave satisfied with their vision and style; Achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service and meeting individual patient needs; Manage and maintain eyewear inventory to ensure a great selection of frames and lenses; Perform adjustments and repairs on eyewear, offering personalized service that makes a lasting impression; Collaborate with physicians to address prescription questions and provide clarity on eye-related concerns

Requirements

Reliable transportation; Every other Thursday will be at the Madras office; Able to work at any of our 5 offices depending on staffing needs; 0-3 years of experience; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Coachable attitude; Flexibility and adaptability; Professional phone etiquette and warm, approachable demeanor
