Oracle HCM Developer

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Developer to design, build, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across our international client's HR ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of HR processes and hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM modules, ensuring the platform meets business needs and runs smoothly.

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in Oracle HCM development; Good understanding of HR processes and data models; Ability to analyze and solve technical issues independently; Agile methodology; French C1 / English B2

SQL (good understanding of queries and data structures)
