OSHC Service Manager | Mango Hill

Helping Hands Mango Hill is seeking a Service Manager to lead a large, established Outside School Hours Care service.

This is a full-time position, working block shifts. The total salary package for this role is $100,700.

Skills and Experience Required

We're looking for an experienced OSHC or Early Childhood leader who is ready to take ownership of a large, high-performing service.

Responsibilities

Leading, coaching and developing a large team of Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators and Educators.; Driving exceptional educational programs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.; Acting as Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor while ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.; Building strong partnerships with children, families, schools and the wider community.; Managing service operations including budgets, rosters, enrolments, compliance and workforce planning.; Preparing your service for Assessment & Rating and maintaining high-quality standards.; Creating a positive team culture where people feel valued, supported and inspired to grow.

Requirements

Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA; Previous leadership experience managing an OSHC or Early Childhood service; Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Assessment & Rating; Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card; Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain); National Police Check; Australian working rights
