Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant - Required for this family owned travel management company. They are looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultants to work nights on their repatriation team, assisting clients in medical emergencies. This role can be full or part time with a competitive salary.

Responsibilities

Book travel and hotel accommodation for the emergency medical assistance cases; Support and understand the client’s assistance needs and offer the best professional advice to solve travel and transportation problems and timing; Manage enquiry through to booking, ensuring effective prioritisation; Implement operational procedures to ensure growth of client satisfaction

Requirements

Minimum of two years’ experience of working in the travel industry; Attention to detail; Enthusiasm and willingness to learn; Strong communication skills including an excellent telephone manner; Problem-solving; Availability to work night shifts
