Overhead Line Inspector - Self Employed

LSTC have opportunities available for self-employed Overhead Powerline Inspector roles covering Northwest England. While experience is preferred, it is not essential – we’re committed to training and developing the right candidates to build a career in the energy industry, supporting the push toward Net Zero.

Responsibilities

Condition Based Assessments of Electricity Networks and their assets; Performing different inspection and testing methodologies; Interpretive skills; Script completions via handheld tablets and phones; Liaising with landowners; Reporting dangerous situations and faults immediately

Requirements

Outdoor working; The ability to work independently; Self-motivation and discipline; Clean current DBS check; Full UK driving license and own vehicle
