Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a leading provider of integrated education, assessment, and therapeutic services to recruit multiple Occupational Therapists across their expanding SEND provision. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing multidisciplinary service supporting children and young people within school environments. The organisation delivers clinically informed therapy pathways, working closely with schools, families, and wider professionals to improve inclusion, independence, and educational outcomes. The successful Occupational Therapist will join an established MDT consisting of clinicians including Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Therapists, Psychologists, and Nurses, providing specialist therapeutic input to children and young people with a range of additional needs.
