Paralegal - Private Client

Responsibilities

Communicating with and updating clients, colleagues, and third parties by email, phone, and in person; Managing administrative aspects of legal matters efficiently; Supporting legal advisers and meeting your individual financial targets; Attending client and third-party meetings (with or without legal advisers), taking notes, and assisting in discussions; Drafting and preparing legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, tax submissions, and probate applications

Requirements

Ambitious, driven, and experienced Private Client Paralegal; Motivated individual with a strong background in private client matters

Solid understanding of wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration; Ability to manage a varied workload efficiently; Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service; High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
