Part-time Bartender

We are currently seeking a part-time Bartender to join our team to both, work in the bar, and to support our restaurant during service. The perfect candidate will have solid experience, preferably in both the bar and waiting tables, as well as being able to speak Norwegian and English.

As the shifts are in the evening/night, applicants must be able to work late into the night and not rely on the last bus, as well as be able to work on the weekend.

If applying as a student, please be aware that the position is year-round and would require you to work both during exam times, holiday season and during the summer.

Responsibilities

Our Bartenders have a unique flare and are able to lead and inspire their team to create the Wow Factor for our guests.; They work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering amazing guest experiences.; They take responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.; Deliver departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved.; Build and maintain effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.; Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.

Requirements

Experience in food & beverage service, including in the bar.; Can speak both Norwegian and English; Can work late at night and all year round.; Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.; Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.; Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned.; Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
