Part Time Licensed Dental Hygienist

Join a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality oral healthcare to one of our Community Outreach partners in Stillwater, MN. We are seeking a Part-time Licensed Dental Hygienist to deliver patient-centered preventive and therapeutic care while promoting oral health education.

The schedule is very flexible, as little as one day a week, however, we wellcome additional hours too!

Responsibilities

Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapies, including scaling & root planning; Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting; Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices; Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (N2O) as certified; Take and develop dental x-rays; Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols; Collaborate with dental providers to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program; Active Minnesota dental hygiene license in good standing; 2-4 years of clinical experience preferred; Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross; Local anesthesia/N2O certification; Valid state driver’s license; Effective oral and written communication skills in English (Spanish preferred based on clinic location)

Benefits

Competitive Hourly Pay (Non-Exempt Position); Loan Forgiveness Opportunities: Up to $55,000 for full-time and Up to $30,000 for part-time
