Ally Fashion is an Australian-based multi-brand fast-fashion destination providing value, quality, and on-trend outfits. We are looking for an energetic Part-time Sales Assistant to join our Hurstville store. The role focuses on delivering an amazing customer experience, building rapport with regular customers, and providing care and fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner.

Responsibilities

Deliver an amazing customer experience to every customer; build rapports with regular customers; recognize loyal customers and provide care and fashion consultation; act as brand ambassador modeling Ally Fashion values; work across sales floor, front register, fitting room assistance, and store reserves; stay on top of stock levels; connect with and understand customers to drive store sales results; maintain in-store visual merchandising; support duties

Genuinely love fashion; enjoy working in a fast-paced environment; work well under pressure; passion for success; proactive, hands-on, and self-driven; thrive when provided with challenges; work well in a team or autonomously; flexibility to work rotational weekend roster including late-night trade

Nice to have
