Part-Time Team Leader - Please read job description

As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You'll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy. Applicants must be 18+ and have experience in hospitality leadership and be prepared to talk about this in interview. Shifts will be a mixture of daytimes, evenings and weekends and will include key days such as Mothers Day, Fathers Day, bank holidays and Christmas Day. Personal licence desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and make sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs smoothly; Maintain high standards and keep customers happy; Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each visit; Deputise for the management team and resolve issues that arise in their absence; Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift; Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and deal with any issues as quickly and safely as possible; Ensure every pint is poured to perfection

Requirements

Applicants must be 18+; Experience in hospitality leadership, and be prepared to talk about it in interview; Great eye for detail; Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift; Positive can-do attitude and be a real team player; Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls; Be a role model to the team on giving great service
