- FULL TIME
- 5 days a week / 2 days off
- Weekend availability required

Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers and phone inquiries in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, offer specials, and ensure exposure to the full product line.; Pull purchases from stock, determine availability, and submit emergency orders as requested by customers.; Process orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up and manage "will call" and "back order" files weekly.; Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs and coordinate with Shop Foreman regarding parts orders and receipt notifications.; Process sales transactions, verify documentation, issue credits for returns, and ensure proper customer information is recorded for tax-exempt and charge account sales.; Maintain counter areas in clean, organized condition, replenish assigned inventory daily and keep current on new products and updates.; Operate company and customer vehicles for delivery purposes, must be legally and technically able to drive and insurable by company insurance carrier.; Follow all company safety policies and procedures, immediately report any accidents to a manager or supervisor and provide professional, efficient service to all customers and dealership departments.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.; One year of experience in an automotive parts department.; One year of sales experience.; Ability to read, comprehend instructions, and communicate effectively with customers.; Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.; Valid driver's license with ability to pass background check, motor vehicle record review, drug screening, and credit report verification.; Authorization to work in the USA and willingness to comply with all company safety policies.
