Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service. This position will also support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service; Support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks; Follow and promote all company customer service programs; Promptly greet and assist retail/walk-in customers; Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers; Complete assigned training; Provide excellent service to phone customers by looking up parts and quoting prices; Maintain and secure cash drawer and process transactions; Process exchanges and returns; Address and resolve customer complaints; Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates including freight receival and stocking; Perform daily operational tasks such as returns, stock adjustments, inventory counts; Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training; Perform in-store services for customers where allowed; Drive delivery vehicle when business needs dictate; Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences; Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service; Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Nice to have

Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service; ASE certification; Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired); Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
