Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service. This position will also support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service; Support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks; Promote company customer service programs; Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection; Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers; Complete assigned company training; Provide excellent phone service, lookup parts and quote prices; Maintain and secure cash drawer and process transactions; Process exchanges and returns; Address and resolve customer complaints; Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, freight receival, stocking shelves, fronting and facing, cleaning; Perform daily operational tasks such as preparing returns and inventory counts; Operate brake lathe and test equipment; Perform in-store services for customers; Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle; Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences; Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service; Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Nice to have

Bilingual candidates; Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service; ASE certification; Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
