Responsibilities

Responsible for all payroll functions; Develop and maintain payroll files; Assist with keeping employee profile information accurate; Assist with development and communication of policy and procedures related to payroll; Monitor timecards for accuracy; Process incoming mail in a timely manner; Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed timely and accurately; Process 401K, HSA and garnishment payments; Process manual checks; Organize invoices; Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests; Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential

Requirements

High school diploma/GED; at least 2 years of experience in the field; Knowledge of multi-State and Federal laws pertaining to payroll; Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures

Degree in accounting or related field
