PCA

Full-time personal care position at Bethany Village, part of Asbury Communities, supporting residents with daily living activities, care coordination, and resident needs across 3rd shift or weekend schedules.

Responsibilities

Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene; Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activities, and social programs; Checks residents' vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed; reports any variances to the Charge Nurse; Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help; Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices, as instructed

Requirements

High school diploma or its equivalent; Must be 18 years of age or older; Must possess a genuine passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
