To support client to go out and access the community and activities; Personal Care; Getting client up from bed & dressed & ready for school am call; Support with feeding & shower pm call

Requirements

Enhanced DBS disclosure will be required; Availability to work Saturday or Sunday during term time

A drivers licence and access to a car
