I live with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 2 and use a powered wheelchair and hoists. I work full-time for a FTSE 100 company, travel frequently, and rarely miss a Liverpool match. I am your employer – the CEO, HR manager, finance team, scheduler, and project manager – all while running my own career. This is one-to-one care. Fit is critical.

Responsibilities

Intimate personal care; Hoist transfers; Cooking healthy meals; Physio + exercise support; Medication; Driving to UK-wide meetings; Supporting work + social life; Housework; Home organisation; Using shared digital systems

Requirements

Legal right to work in the UK; Excellent English communication; Full UK manual driving licence; Comfortable with intimate personal care for a male adult; Able to commute reliably to St Neots; Physically fit for hoisting; Able to cook fresh meals; Stable, drama-free life; Emotional intelligence; Able to follow routines exactly; DBS + references; No CCJs
