Personal Care Worker

As a Personal Care Worker you'll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices. Bolton Clarke Keperra Sanctuary is a 49 bed Aged Care Home located in Keperra.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents; Support and care for residents as they age and assist them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort; Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation; Ensure an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents

Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent); Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc); Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)

Nice to have

Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
