Sussex Insurance – Insurance Service Centre, (Call Centre) located in Langley, is looking for Full Time – Personal Lines Sales Agents. The right candidates will possess a desire to work with our Franchisees to grow our Personal Lines book of business.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months experience in Personal Lines; Minimum Level 2 license (Willing to consider Level 1, if they are actively working towards a level 2 license); Able to work in a fun fast-paced environment; Takes pride in providing exceptional customer experience; Must speak and write fluent English; Exceptional phone manners; Strong computer skills; Must be detail oriented; Ability to multitask effectively required; Good working knowledge with company portals

Nice to have

Experience with Power Broker and Applied Rating (Compuquote); Second language of Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, or Punjabi
