Personal Support Worker

We are a family seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker/Personal assistant to support my son in his home and community life. Responsibilities

Encouraging hobbies, social activities, and friendships; Supporting daily routines such as getting ready, preparing meals, and maintaining a calm, safe home environment; Helping him relax and feel secure in his space; Promoting independence and new experiences; Providing consistent, therapeutic care and emotional support; Building a trusting, respectful relationship; Working collaboratively with family and professionals to support his care plan

Requirements

A positive role model with a genuine passion for supporting young people; Ability to build trust and offer consistent, compassionate care; Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends; Right attitude and values; Full UK driving license; Own personal car
