Responsibilities

Provide outstanding patient care within a community pharmacy setting; Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional safety and customer service standards; Ensure full compliance with GPhC operating standards and clinical governance; Oversee procurement, preparation, and dispensing of medication; Coach and develop both permanent staff and locums

Requirements

GPhC registration as a qualified pharmacist; Accreditation to deliver national and local NHS/private healthcare services; Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Ability to drive results while nurturing team development
