Phone Sales Officer

JAS Auto Electrical Parts, part of the Bapcor Group, is Australia's leading supplier of auto electrical, battery, lighting, air conditioning and heavy vehicle solutions.

We're looking for a customer-focused Phone Sales Officer to join our Belmont, WA branch.

If you enjoy helping customers, identifying sales opportunities and building strong relationships over the phone, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Phone Sales Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them source the right products and solutions to keep their businesses moving.

You'll work closely with branch colleagues, handling customer enquiries, processing orders, providing product advice and identifying opportunities to grow sales.

This is a fast-paced role where strong customer service and relationship-building skills are key to success.

What We're Looking For

You may come from Phone Sales, Internal Sales, Customer Service, Parts Interpreting, Trade Sales or Account Management.

Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Highly Regarded

- Automotive, auto electrical or heavy vehicle experience
- Parts interpreting experience
- Trade sales or aftermarket experience
- Mining, transport or industrial industry exposure
- Knowledge of automotive products and components

Responsibilities

Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email; Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently; Providing product information, pricing and quotations; Following up quotations and customer enquiries; Building strong relationships with trade and commercial customers; Promoting new products, specials and business solutions; Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities; Working collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales goals; Delivering exceptional customer service every day
