Northwestern Medicine is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our growing Behavioral Health team in Sycamore, IL. This role focuses on providing high-quality outpatient psychiatric care to an adult patient population in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Position Highlights

- Conduct new psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for adult patients
- Develop and manage treatment plans, including medication management
- Full-time, 36 patient-facing hours per week
- Monday–Friday clinic schedule with a combination of in-person and telehealth clinic days
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, patient centered care
- Support program development and expansion of advanced behavioral health treatment modalities
- System-wide Epic EMR
- Salary range: $264,000-342,000

Requirements

MD or DO with completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry; Eligible for Illinois medical licensure; Commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative practice
