Responsibilities

Use your clinical expertise to support clients in homes, workplaces, and communities; Deliver care that aligns with our strong internal focus on excellence and outcomes; Be part of a high-performing, supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and innovation; Provide rehabilitation and support to individuals within their community; Work within a multi-disciplinary team to help clients achieve their rehab goals; Deliver workplace assessments, graduated return-to-work plans and task analysis

Requirements

Relevant qualifications, professional registration and a valid practicing certificate; High-level clinical reasoning and adaptability across a spectrum of client needs; A commitment to continuous learning and professional development; Proven ability to deliver client-centred rehabilitation in community; Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders; At least 2 years’ experience working within vocational rehabilitation and community rehabilitation services; A drive to make a difference and deliver outstanding care; Confident delivering workplace assessments, graduated return-to-work plans and task analysis; Knowledge of vocational services pathways; Knowledge of community services pathways
