We are seeking Professional Project Managers at junior and senior levels to join our dynamic growing team in Johannesburg, over the next 6 months, and thus this is a pipeline role* .

The ideal individual should have a strong background in Project Management in the built environment, ideally in Real Estate and Infrastructure. Applicants should be hands-on professionals with strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in delivering successful construction projects.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of projects, from town planning, development co-ordination to final handover.; Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.; Collaborate with external professional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and quick resolution of issues.; Monitor project performance, manage risks, and produce detailed reports and documentation.; Maintain strong site presence to guide, support, and oversee project delivery on the ground.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.; Professional Registration (Mandatory): Pr.CPM registration with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) or PMP/CAPM; Minimum 5+ years in Project Management, Development management; Site management background is advantageous.
