Planning Engineer

- Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera (P6) / MS Project .

- Track project progress, analyze delays, and implement corrective measures.

- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.

- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management and client review.

- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely execution.

- Support project controls, planning, and cost tracking activities.

Requirements

7–10 years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer in Oil & Gas projects.; Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project and project planning methodologies.; Familiarity with project controls, resource allocation, and risk management.; Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.; Ability to work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environments.; Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical; Remarks: Oil & Gas project experience is mandatory.
