Plumbing Designer - Data Center (Remote OR In-Person)

As a Plumbing Designer, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with some of the largest and most innovative technology companies in the world. You’ll prepare planning and design documents, and process design calculations for advanced plumbing systems. Collaborate with Olsson teams, professional staff, technical experts, and clients. This role offers the chance to travel to job sites for observation and attend important client meetings, contributing to impactful projects across multiple companies.

Requirements

Strong communication skills; Ability to contribute and work well on a team; Ability and ambition to obtain CPD or CPDT certification; Experience with selecting plumbing system types and sizing; Knowledge of plumbing codes, ASPE, and other industry design standards; AutoCAD and Revit experience; Desire to provide innovative solutions; 5+ years of relevant experience; Working collaboratively with others; Having ownership in the work you do; Using your talents to positively affect communities

Nice to have

Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis); Data Center experience
