PMTS Technology Development

Technical manager leading a team to develop and qualify BEOL process flows, recipes and BEOL devices for Power product platforms. Also supports new development of modules needed for advanced packaging.

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing BEOL process flows, recipes and devices to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing; Ensure methods and processes in place to test the devices and structures being developed; Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed; Manage a team responsible for development of BEOL process and devices for the Power product line; Advanced packaging development for Power IVR; Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions; Interacts with internal and external customers on responsible items; Define technology roadmap for BEOL related for Power product line

Requirements

Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering or other relevant degree; More than 10 years of semiconductor manufacturing/R&D experience; Fluency in English language, written and verbal

Nice to have

Masters in Electrical Engineering; R&D experience in semiconductor BEOL flow; Experience in technical managing
