About us
Berkley has been in operation for over twenty years in Ireland and during that time has built up an excellent reputation for providing a consultative level of service to both candidate and client alike
In 2017 a MBO/MBI of the business was conducted, providing significant investment in new offices in Cork and building out an International Delivery Hub across our Business & Technology and Life Science & Engineering Divisions to cover national and international demand.
We have also continued to invest heavily in L&D at all levels in the business, with internal and external training delivered to cover Sourcing, Business Development, effective Client Meetings etc., as well as the latest advances in sourcing across Social Media channels; and, as a Technology led company we adopt the best advances in recruitment technology to assist us to do what we do best - having that quality engagement, delivering a level of service that stands out.
