For the last 30 years, Teleperformance Greece has been the very first company to introduce Contact Center Outsourcing in the local market, providing telephone & internet support, customer service and management services. Our company is a member of Teleperformance Group and since 2002 is the Regional Headquarters for the Teleperformance Operations in South Europe & the Middle-East. In 2004 it started becoming a major Multilingual destination for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, providing services to International and Greek Businesses, who choose to outsource part of their communication (through different channels) with their customers.

Within three decades, Teleperformance Greece has become one of the largest and most reliable employers, attracting employees from all around the world to meet the ever-growing needs of its partners. We operate in 9 premises, six of which are located in various areas of Athens, one in Thessaloniki and two in Chania. We employ more than 8,500 people from 91 different nationalities, serving customers in 143 markets and 36 different languages.
