Procurement Manager

Join our award-winning Procurement Team and play a key role in shaping a safe, modern, and efficient NHS. We're looking for a proactive Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and contract activity across our clinical procurement category.

Responsibilities

Lead sourcing and contract activity across the clinical procurement category; Work closely with clinical teams to deliver high-quality, value-for-money solutions; Manage end-to-end procurement activity and negotiate strong commercial agreements; Ensure procurement activity complies with Public Procurement Law, NHS policies, and sustainability and social value requirements; Act as a subject-matter expert on procurement regulations, procedures, and best practice; Manage and support a small team, contributing to recruitment, appraisals, and staff development; Monitor supplier and contract performance and support issue resolution; Work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external suppliers to support patient-centered services

Requirements

Member of CIPS (level 4 minimum); Disclosure and Barring Service Check
