Procurement Specialist

This role has a flexible base at either RUH Bath NHS Foundation Trust, Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (Swindon) or Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. We're looking for someone to join the B&NES Swindon and Wiltshire Acute Hospital Alliance Procurement Service delivering collaborative procurement and commercial support to Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust (SFT), Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (GWH), Wiltshire Health and Care (WHC) and Royal United Hospital Bath (RUH). This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office.

Responsibilities

Undertake procurement activity for all Trusts within B&NES Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care System; split time across the organisations accordingly; provide procurement advice to internal and external customers; ensure clinical and non-clinical areas are supported; enable effective patient care pathways

Requirements

A Level Maths, English, Business/Administration or equivalent National Diploma; Disclosure and Barring Service Check

Nice to have

Level 4 Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and prepared to study for full professional accreditation
