Product & Growth Associate

Acai Travel is transforming the travel industry with AI agents that automate complex work travel tasks such as flight changes and refunds. The Product & Growth Associate will work directly with the Co-Founder & CTO, covering the customer lifecycle end to end: onboarding new customers, growing existing ones, and creating material that explains and sells the flagship product, AcaiDesk. The role is suited to early-career candidates who are sharp, hungry and AI-native.

Responsibilities

Onboard new customers and get their accounts live on AcaiDesk; Grow existing customers by finding new value, building needed features with engineering, and upselling; Create product documentation, demo videos, onboarding videos and training guides

Requirements

0-2 years of experience; Engineering or business degree (recent graduates welcome); Exceptionally smart, learns fast and thinks clearly; Hungry, takes on more responsibility; AI-native, uses AI in daily work; Native or near-native English
