Product Manager - AI Platform (m/f/x)

As a Product Manager for the AI Platform, you will play a foundational role in defining, scaling, and operationalizing Artificial Intelligence capabilities across the entire Scalable organization. You will lead the strategy to move from siloed AI solutions to a unified, compliant, and robust internal 'AI as a Platform' offering. You will work closely with a dedicated cross-functional team of Data Scientists, AI Engineers and Software Engineers, acting as the key bridge between the technical development, internal domain teams, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure AI is integrated and leveraged effectively, securely, and ethically.

Responsibilities

Define, prioritize, and own the strategic roadmap for the internal 'AI as a Platform'; Work in close collaboration with all internal domain and product teams to identify opportunities to employ AI capabilities, focusing on client experience and operational efficiency; Drive the implementation of strategic AI use cases across the company; Act as the key product driver for AI compliance, regulatory adherence, and ethical usage; Support the planning, launch, and post-launch monitoring of new client-facing AI features and capabilities; Lead the product development process for the cross-functional AI Platform team, managing agile processes, backlogs, and planning sessions; Leverage data analysis, user needs, market trends, and insights from LLM/AI system outputs and trace analysis to continuously inform and evolve the AI Platform vision and product strategy

Requirements

Passion for digital products and a strong desire to help users improve their financial well-being through clear, trusted, and AI-enhanced experiences; Proven experience as a Product Manager, working on backend services, APIs, or AI-powered products; High-level understanding of modern AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt design, agent architectures, and evaluation approaches; Ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively with engineering and Data Science teams; Good understanding of how AI-powered services are built and evaluated, and experience working effectively with Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers; Demonstrated understanding of the AI regulatory landscape, compliance requirements, and data governance principles; Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to drive complex platform decisions; A hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership of the product development process from ideation and compliance review to scalable launch; Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and concisely to engineers, executives, and legal counsel
