Product Manager

As an Product Manager at Flinn, you will support and drive product initiatives at Flinns Clinical Group — with a particular focus on enterprise configurations and integrations. Working on our core product alongside customer success and having direct engagement with our enterprise customers, you'll manage product requests from discovery to launch, and post launch success. This is an unusually high-leverage role for an early-career PM. You will be in the driver seat for one of Flinn's clearest differentiators — and you'll do it inside a company building at the frontier of AI and agentic systems in a regulated domain.

Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise requests from initial discovery to delivery, launch, and post-launch validation; Partner directly with enterprise customers and the customer success team to turn unstructured feedback into clear requirements aligned with product teams; Oversee and project manage the enterprise backlog in line with company priorities, customer commitments, and engineering capacity; Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and other PMs to make trade-offs between bespoke and reusable solutions; Drive alignment across stakeholders including enterprise customers, third-party partners, customer success, sales, and internal product team; Lead initiatives to streamline the operational success of the product; Take ownership of product operations related to client workstreams; Be the first go-to person for cross-team requests in the Clinical Group, triaging, routing, and updating stakeholders; Drive smaller client-facing product improvements end-to-end; Establish standards based on repeating operational workstreams and propose reusable blueprints

Requirements

Strong ownership and bias for action; Project and program management instincts; Highly structured; Strong external stakeholder management; Solid technical fluency with understanding of APIs and basic system architecture; Exceptional communication skills in English; 3+ years of product management experience at a tech company; Genuinely comfortable with ambiguity; Highly adaptable with a real growth mindset; Genuinely interested in AI and agentic product experiences; Fluent English required; Based in Europe with European citizenship, an active working visa, or self-employed and joining as a full-time contractor

Nice to have

Experience related to enterprise integrations and platforms are a strong plus; Experience with complex B2B or enterprise products and multi-stakeholder user environments is a strong plus; Background in MedTech or healthcare is a nice-to-have; Proficiency in German is a strong plus
