Product Owner/ Product Manager – Chatbot Implementation

Deep knowledge in Chatbot implementations; Proven experience in managing AI/chatbot or conversational interface products from concept to launch; Strong knowledge of chatbot technologies, bot framework, NLP, AI, and digital customer engagement tools is required; Ability to analyze user interactions and feedback to iterate and enhance chatbot capabilities; The candidate should have a strong background in leading business requirement definition and translating them into user stories and epics; They must have prior experience running agile pods and overseeing end-to-end implementation; Experience in the financial services domain is a must; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions; Must be excellent communicator and has track record of working with senior stakeholders; Must have experience managing large programs for Banks and FIs; Plan and execute PI ceremonies and should be able to articulate Capabilities/Features/User stories; Total Years of Experience Required: 10+ years
