Production Assembler/Operator

The Production Assembler/Operator is focused on custom fabrication of aluminum doors, storefront & curtain wall by utilizing fabrication packets, architectural drawings, cutting aluminum, drilling and punching holes, and installing hardware. This position reports to the Fabrication Lead.

Responsibilities

Fabricate aluminum doors, storefront, & curtain wall by utilizing fabrication packets; Ability to read architectural drawings and schematics; Regular and predictable attendance; Safely perform quality tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures; Ability to communicate appropriately, complete paperwork, interpret basic mathematical measurements, and use a tape measure; Notify lead or supervisor of any mechanical material issues

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 75 lbs.; Ability to work overtime if needed; High mechanical aptitude; Stand and walk on concrete floor for eight hours or more; Wear company issued safety shirt, hard hat, steel toed boots, safety glasses and hearing protection
