Production Assembly-M&M SFW

The HVAC Assembler is responsible for assembling, aligning, and adjusting fabricated parts, components, or units according to detailed specifications and established manufacturing procedures in an HVAC production environment. The role requires the operation and maintenance of various hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment to ensure all units are properly assembled. The assembler will also test, calibrate, and inspect parts to ensure compliance with product tolerances, specifications, and quality standards. If necessary, the assembler will repair or refit components to meet these standards.

Responsibilities

Assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to detailed specifications and established manufacturing procedures; Operate and maintain various hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment; Test, calibrate, and inspect parts to ensure compliance with product tolerances, specifications, and quality standards; Repair or refit components if necessary to meet standards; Assemble HVAC ductwork and components; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; Adhere to standard operating procedures and manufacturing best practices

Requirements

0-2 years of experience; ability to stand for long periods; ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; must be able to work with fiberglass insulation; may be required to lift and move heavy parts or components; use of safety gear such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection is mandatory
