Production Engineer | Polystyrene field I Saudi Arabia

We are currently hiring for the following position with our reputed client in the Petrochemical Industry (PK South Division) :
Position Details
Position: Production Engineer
Department: PPS Operation
Location: PK South - KSA

Salary Mentioned is Basic + Transportation Allowance + Housing Allowance

Key Responsibilities

- Review and audit materials & energy balances to identify process efficiency, yields, and losses

- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly production reports

- Complete monthly SAP closing and handle all related SAP transactions (Purchase Requisition, PO, GR, and Service Entry Sheet)

- Ensure plant operation within design limits and maintain product quality as per specifications

- Optimize process parameters to achieve plant KPIs

- Participate in technical and feasibility studies for plant projects

- Coordinate with support departments to resolve bottlenecks and improve performance

- Monitor sustainability parameters , provide technical solutions, and prepare sustainability reports

- Review technical/change/vendor reports and support implementation of improvements

- Support EHSS/Quality teams in investigation and reporting

Requirements

Qualification & Experience; Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Experience: Minimum 15 years in the Polystyrene field (EPS, HIPS, and GPPS); Strong technical knowledge of petrochemical operations; Sound understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulations; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure; Process improvement mindset and strong command of written & spoken English
