Production worker for surface technology (f/m/x)

To strengthen our team in surface technology (painting and powder coating), we are looking for committed and motivated candidates for this position.

Responsibilities

Preparation of workpieces for the coating process (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.); Support in hanging and removing parts on the conveyor system; Post-processing of coated parts (demasking, polishing, etc.); Visual inspection and quality control; Assistance with packaging coated parts

Requirements

Professional experience in surface technology (e.g., decorator, interior finisher, painter, powder coating); Technical understanding and interest in surface processing; Basic understanding of technical drawings is an advantage; Careful, precise, and independent working style; Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently; Quality awareness and team-oriented mindset; Willingness to work shifts
