Program Manager

As a Program Manager based in Tokyo, you'll be responsible for leading complex customer programs from start to finish, including: Leading strategic implementation programs for major retail customers; Coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Success; Building trusted relationships with customer executives and key stakeholders; Managing program scope, timelines, budgets, risks and governance; Driving customer adoption and business transformation; Ensuring successful delivery while identifying opportunities for future growth; Continuously improving program management best practices across the organization.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Customer Delivery or Consulting; Experience delivering complex enterprise customer programs; Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills; Experience working in international, cross-functional environments; Strong leadership, planning and risk management capabilities; Commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset; Fluent Japanese and English

Nice to have

Experience in Retail Technology, SaaS, IoT or Digital Transformation is highly preferred; PMP, PgMP, Prince2 or Agile certification is a plus
