Program Manager

The contractor shall identify a Program Manager (PM) by name who shall provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance (as defined in Section C.X.X), and leadership for the execution of this TO.

Responsibilities

Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of this TO; Manage a large and complex technical/scientific program, consisting of multiple subsidiary projects, typically with sole functional or customer market responsibility, and with revenue and profit responsibility; Lead a team of Project Managers through all program phases including concept, development, implementation, evaluation and closeout; ensure successful integration of all program segments and services; Serve as primary liaison with program sponsors, customers and other stakeholders; Identify opportunities for program growth and may be involved with follow-on business acquisition and new technology

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance; Must have clearance to start; Must be an employee of the prime contractor; Bachelor's degree; 8 or more years of experience including 3 years of supervisory experience, or equivalent relevant work experience; 8+ years of experience

Nice to have

Three years experience working in the SOF Enterprise and managing personnel across multiple SOF commands; Three years experience with the SOF Enterprise, including HQ staff element, SOF Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC), and SOF Service Component HQ; Experience placing contractors in OCONUS locations (e.g. Germany, Korea, and Hawaii) and the associated laws, regulations, and processes (e.g. SPOT, ECOPS, and DOCPER); Three years experience with USSOCOM security procedures, to assign personnel, for both collateral and SCI clearances
