Program Specialist II

The Program Specialist II serves as a strategic partner to client hiring managers and staffing vendors, providing advanced consultative support throughout the contingent labor lifecycle. This role expands on the Program Specialist I responsibilities by proactively identifying process improvements, mentoring junior team members, and driving supplier performance. The Program Specialist II is expected to manage more complex requisitions and provide data-driven insights to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead requisition intake sessions with hiring managers, offering consultative guidance on market trends, rate benchmarking, and talent availability; Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend sourcing strategies; Build long-term relationships with key client stakeholders to understand evolving business needs; Analyze requisition and fulfillment data to identify trends and recommend process improvements; Develop and deliver customized reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders; Ensure compliance with client-specific policies and procedures; Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs and recommend corrective actions or recognition; Lead quarterly business reviews with suppliers; Oversee complex worker assignment changes and ensure data integrity across systems; Provide guidance and support to Program Specialist I team members; Share best practices and contribute to training initiatives

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in contingent workforce programs or staffing industry; Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and requisitions; Advanced Excel and reporting skills; Experience with VMS tools and CRM systems; Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
