Project Manager - e-Invoicing & eDocument Compliance

RED Global is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead global e-Invoicing & eDocument Compliance initiatives for a large enterprise transformation program.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of e-Invoicing and eDocument compliance projects from planning through go-live and hyper care; Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications; Partner with Tax, Finance, IT, Legal, Procurement, ERP teams, and third-party vendors; Drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support; Ensure compliance with global e-Invoicing, e-Reporting, VAT, SAF-T, and Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC) regulations; Monitor regulatory changes and support implementation across multiple countries and regions; Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide regular project status updates to senior stakeholders

Requirements

5+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology or compliance projects; Proven experience managing e-Invoicing and eDocument compliance initiatives; Experience working with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms; Knowledge of global tax compliance frameworks such as PEPPOL, CTC, VAT, SAF-T, and country-specific e-Invoicing mandates; Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and project governance skills
